The choir is a beautiful place for people to make a joyful noise and learn about what it means to praise and worship our God as the church. This is for every voice and person who just wants to have a place to sing amongst others.

Worship team is a vibrant and very engaging team. If you enjoy singing, and playing an instrument, this is the team for you. There is not requirement of sounding perfect, just give God your best.

Enjoy storytelling through video? Capturing content through a video lens or editing and producing creative content? Join the team that helps tell the story of what God is up to at Richwoods!

Join our Counting Team on Sunday mornings and Tuesday mornings, where we ensure financial transparency and accountability throughout the financial chain of custody from Sunday morning giving until it is deposited in the bank.

Use your specialized medical skills and abilities to help our medical response teams. This team helps keep our campus safe!

Do you feel a pull toward helping to keep people safe while they worship? The Safety Team might be for you! On Sunday mornings we work behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our leaders and community through safe and responsible “observe and report” protective activities inside and outside the church building. We’d like to expand our team to provide safety services for youth and other mid-week gatherings. Come serve with us!

Love answering the phone and assisting the staff with projects? Then come join our Office Team. Not only will you be answering the phone and taking messages, you will be assisting staff with various projects. For example: filling communion tables, cutting and laminating for rKids and entering prayer requests in rCircle to name a few.

In this position we are looking for those individuals who have a particular God given talent that they would like to share with the Church. Such as, but not limited to: carpentry, painting, facility repair. plumbing, etc.

Looking for individuals that enjoy making this Church clean and inviting to others. This Team position is also vital in assisting the Facilities Manager with setup and teardown of special events.

This team does a great job of helping our guests and church family safely and efficiently enter and exit our campus. They also do a great job of assisting any needs that may arise while you are here! This team is ready to help starting 30 minutes before each service!

Do you love to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes through our doors on a Sunday? We would love to have your type of excitement and heart on our Welcome team! We are looking for teamates to greet at the front doors, greet at the worship center doors, help people find seats before service starts, and live out our calling to Welcome Everyone! This team usually starts about 30 minutes before each service!

Do you love seeing others, greeting new guests, and answering any questions they may have by putting a small gift in their hands ? Then come join our Connection Point Team! Opportunities may vary but mostly serve once a month!

These leaders will be scheduled to sub in rooms on a chance that another leader is unable to fulfill their serving role for that day.

This leader will provide more individualized care/learning for our children who just need to be seen. They will sit with them in their classrooms helping them engage in the group, or they will provide alternate learning/activity depending on need of the child.

These leaders will be responsible for running their assigned classrooms. They will pray with the kids, lead room activities and lead snack and chat. All activities are prepped for you with supplies readily available.

We love our students leaders and how they assist the lead teachers in seeing and loving the little ones in their classes by doing all kinds of different things to make their experience in rKids great!

If you enjoy using your tech skills help K-4th kids find and follow Jesus, then this is the place for you!  You can come run the slides and sound for our large group worship time together!

Come help our kids find and follow Jesus by assisting the leader in the classroom with all kind of fun activities and lessons.

These leaders are responsible for teaching a very short and simple lesson. You will spend time in worship and prayer. You will lead class activities/crafts/games and enjoy a snack! All crafts and activities are prepped for you. K-4th leaders: These leaders will be responsible for running their assigned classrooms. They will pray with the kids, lead room activities and lead snack and chat. All activities are prepped for you with supplies readily available.

Are you fun, upbeat and engaging and love to tell other about Jesus?  Then being a large group leader sounds like the perfect fit!  Come help lead the kids in worship, prayer and the message for the day!

Birth-young 2’s. Help provide a safe and loving environment where parents feel supported to engage in worship service.

Disciple Guide mentors assist the roster of Richwoods Disciple Guides by facilitating communication and by championing the values of Richwoods Journey of Discipleship. If you are passionate about the way Richwoods does 1-on-1 discipleship and want to encourage others in their discipleship, then we would love to talk to you about this role!

Jesus tells us to go and make disciples. Disciple Guides at Richwoods pass on what they live out and believe about following Jesus to another person in regular 1-on-1 meetings. If you are committed to follow Jesus in this way and have teachings or practices related to following Jesus that you can pass to others, then we would love to talk about Richwoods Journey of Discipleship!

In your role as an rMeals team member, you will have the opportunity to provide and deliver delicious meals for members of our church who are going through difficult life experiences. If you love to cook, we encourage you to bring homemade meals, or you can treat someone to a meal from their favorite restaurant! As an rMeals team member, you can be a part of living out our value of “seeing others” as they navigate loss, surgeries, a new baby, difficult diagnoses, and other hard seasons by showing love and support through a comforting meal.

In your role as a Card team member, you will have the opportunity to read, pray over praises/prayer requests from the congregation and send encouraging cards to mourn with those who are mourning and rejoice with those who are rejoicing. If you enjoy selecting cards, writing notes, and letting people know they are not alone in their faith journey, we invite you to use your life-giving talents to lift up the spirits of our fellow brothers and sisters to experience more of Jesus with a short word of encouragement, scripture, and prayer. As a Card team member, you can be a part of living out Richwoods’ values of “seeing others” and being “completely dependent” for those who are asking God for help in their time of need and giving Him praise to Him as He answers or meets them in the waiting for His answer.

In your role as a Prayer team member, you will have the opportunity to pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion on behalf of our congregation, city and world as we boldly come into the throne room of God with expectancy and certainty that He hears and answers our prayers.

In your role as a baptism team attendant you will have the opportunity to welcome, celebrate and walk through the day of baptism process with the individual taking their next right step with Jesus.

This team is perfect for someone with high energy, passion for students, and a desire to have fun! As part of the Events Team, your job will be sporadic based on needs as we have events approaching. This team will help with set-up and clean-up of events, as well as be the primary group to have fun! There is a huge need for teammates willing to serve alongside the Small Group leaders to provide the fun and energy, and allow Small Group leaders to not feel the obligation to be at every Student Ministry event.

This role is perfect for individuals looking to invest in the lives of students but may not feel called to fully dive into their world. As part of the Welcome Team, your job will be to be here early, welcome students as they enter the building, help with attendance, and help supervise during the first 30 minutes of Student Ministry.

This role is perfect for someone who desires to walk through all stages of life with students! As the primary mentor in the lives of a small group of students, your role will be to speak truth and life into them, as well as lead group conversations that pertain to the teaching going on at Richwoods! Middle School meets on Wednesday nights from 6-7:30pm and High School meets on Sunday nights from 6-7:30pm.
