In your role as a Card team member, you will have the opportunity to read, pray over praises/prayer requests from the congregation and send encouraging cards to mourn with those who are mourning and rejoice with those who are rejoicing. If you enjoy selecting cards, writing notes, and letting people know they are not alone in their faith journey, we invite you to use your life-giving talents to lift up the spirits of our fellow brothers and sisters to experience more of Jesus with a short word of encouragement, scripture, and prayer. As a Card team member, you can be a part of living out Richwoods’ values of “seeing others” and being “completely dependent” for those who are asking God for help in their time of need and giving Him praise to Him as He answers or meets them in the waiting for His answer.
