Join us for an evening with author and podcaster, David Thomas, LMSW.
We will define Resilience, take a look at the biggest barriers to building it, and more importantly, the intentional practices to help kids develop it. We will explore the challenge of balancing support – knowing when to offer more and when to allow kids to experience discomfort that leads to good growth.
You will leave with some important questions to ask and practical ideas for nurturing resilience in the kids (or teens) you love.
