Prayer Saturated Easter: A 40-Hour Prayer Journey

Starting on Good Friday at 8pm through our Easter services, the people of Richwoods are embarking on a 40-hour Prayer Adventure with Jesus and you are invited! Our hope is to live out our calling to be a prayer saturated church by rejoicing, asking, listening, and surrendering to God together in prayer for our Easter celebration!
How will this work?
We are asking our Richwoods family to sign up online for a 1-hour time slot (or more if you like). When it is your scheduled hour, simply come to church and enter through the front door. There you will be greeted with a smile from a prayer host. There will be a simple guide to help get you started. We invite you to pray throughout the building as you feel led.
We believe every hour of prayer by every person will move the heart of God to open up countless doors for the hope of the gospel message to be bodily proclaimed and humbly received in our church and throughout our city this Easter season. We believe Jesus is inviting us to pray in the spirit of Colossians 4:2-4, “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door to our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ… Pray that I may proclaim it clearly as I should”

We are excited about what God will do through groups of our Richwoods family praying in our building every hour for 40 hours leading up to celebrating Easter! We know it will be bigger than we can even ask for or imagine!
