- – $250,000 to renovate the Richwoods building to become a place For The City to use, enjoy, and call home any day of the week.
- – $250,000 principal mortgage payment, freeing up more resources to be For The City.
- – $400,000 toward more and more people finding & following Jesus through outreach, disciple-making, vibrant family ministry, and pursuing engagement.

Corporate Match
Many large and local corporations offer employee charitable giving match programs. Check with your company to see if they offer corporate matching, thus doubling your donation to the church. If interested, please contact our bookkeeper at sthompson@richwoods.org.
Gifts of Non-Cash Assets
You can also donate certain assets of value to the church, which can be a tax benefit to the donor, including:
Stocks/bonds/mutual funds
You can donate to the church instead of selling it. Have your investment broker contact our bookkeeper at sthompson@richwoods.org for instructions to transfer the securities. Often this must be initiated by early to mid December.
Real Estate
This is especially beneficial if the property is worth less now then when you purchased it. You can donate the proceeds from the sale to the church and likely take a capital loss on your tax return.
