Mission #1 should you choose to accept…I’m on MISSION to help as many people as possible find and follow Jesus! Will you help?!
For this mission to be a success here are some actions you must take!
- 1. Gather your family around!
- 2. Ask some helpful questions! Where can I help people find and follow? Where are the places I go? Who are the people I see there?
- 3. Share where you take Operation Find and Follow here so we can track our progress!
Mission #2 should you choose to accept…the mission to be Completely Dependent!
For this mission to be a success here are some actions you must take!
- 1. Grab a paper and a pen. Write down your answers to the questions below.
- Who is someone that helps you when you need it?
- What are some things you need help with?
- Who in your life can you depend on to be there for you?
- What is/Name something that scares you?
- What is/Name something that brings you joy?
- 2. Take 5 minutes each day and have a conversation about your answers and pray for one another as a family!

Mission #3 should you choose to accept…get your space gear ready as we blast off to Pursue Engagement with Jesus!
Whether it’s launching into space, playing a cool game or simply bringing a friend to church, we can get creative in our pursuit to share Jesus with others! So get your space gear ready as we blast off to Pursue Engagement with Jesus!
- 1. Have a conversation with your family and share ideas with each other about where and how you can share about Jesus with people in your life!

Mission #4 should you choose to accept…be vibrant together with Buttons!
Get that space gear ready, it’s time for another mission with Buttons! But this time…don’t go it alone! We are vibrant together!
- 1. Have a conversation with your family and share ideas with each other about places you can be ‘vibrant together’ with other people. We think life is better with others in it, who are your people?? (Sports teams, church, neighbors, school/work…)
- 2. Try to commit as a family to join Buttons at Richwoods as many Sundays in a month as you can! Can you make it every Sunday for a whole month?

Mission #5 should you choose to accept…help Buttons Welcome Everyone!
Get that space gear ready, it’s time for another mission with Buttons! But this time…help others be a part of the mission!
- 1. Have a conversation with your family and share ideas with each other about who you could Welcome to church with you on a Sunday! Is there someone in your life you could invite?
- 2. Every Sunday try to find someone by themself in your class to sit with or play a game with! Buttons doesn’t want anyone to feel alone!

Mission #6 should you choose to accept…use your EARS to SEE!
It’s time for another mission with Buttons! This time you need to get those ears ready…to see! Silly right? But did you know that you don’t just see with your eyes? Did you know you can see with your ears too?? Here at Richwoods, we have a value called “See Others”. This means, we listen to everyone and care about their journey! We try to see others the way that Jesus sees them and love to hear their story!
How can you use your EARS today to SEE others?
- 1. Sit with a friend at lunch and ask questions to learn more about them!
- 2. See someone sitting alone at church? Sit with them and learn their name!
- 3. Continue to share where you take buttons so we can track our progress! Share here!
Mission #7 should you choose to accept…find what makes you…YOU!
It’s time for another mission with Buttons! Here at Richwoods, we have a value called “Walk Unashamed”. This means, we embrace and encourage you to be the unique person that God has created you to be! See if you can help others discover who they are in Jesus by boldly living out who you are created to be!
- 1. Talk with your family about things that make one another unique!
- 2. Discuss the question: Has there ever been a time where you were made to feel bad for just being yourself?
- 3. Find someone you can encourage by sharing something that you love about them that makes them unique!

Mission #8:: the final mission!…should you choose to accept…help Buttons be a Joy-Filled Giver!
Here at Richwoods, we have a value called “Joy Filled Givers”. This means, we try to find as many ways as possible to say yes! God has given us all unique gifts that we can share with others! Being a joy-filled giver isn’t always about money or gifts, sometimes we can use our time and talents to be a joy-filled giver!
- 1. Have a conversation about gifts, do you love giving gifts? Receiving gifts? What is one of the best gifts you’ve given or received?
- 2. Talk with your family about the ways you could use your God-given gifts with those around you!
- 3. Make a plan as a family and go be joy-filled givers together!
