DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the elders’ nomination for our next Lead Pastor\, Chad Manbeck! The elders nominate a lead pastor\, and our membership must vote to affirm the nomination. The voting will take place on Sunday\, October 4 after all services. The congregational meeting will be available to tune in to online or to join in person. \nAll voting will be done online\, but if you do not have access to a device to complete voting\, accommodations will be made. \nOur by-laws state that we must have a quorum of 30 members and have a 3/4 vote to approve the elders’ nomination for Lead Pastor. While we value everyone’s input and all are welcome to vote\, it is important that we are transparent that in order for votes to truly count they must come from a member.
