Better Together

Jesus sent groups of disciples out in twos;
Paul went on his mission trips with others;
David had his mighty men with him;
Mary, Martha, and Mary Magdalene went together to tend a grave…
…Jesus, the Spirit, and Father seem to have a good thing going.

As we continue to make headway into becoming a “volunteer led, staff supported” church, it’s important that none of us try to lead in any ministry by ourselves.  Beyond making a Biblical case for doing ministry together, it’s a lot more fun to work in God’s Kingdom with others as we seek to help the people around us struggling to make sense of this life without Christ.  We’re better when we work together.
