RCC is committed to help people find and follow Jesus and to initiate transformation both in our own neighborhood and around the globe. With that in mind the RCC Missions team is committed to be involved and support ministries locally, nationally/regionally, and globally (Acts 1:8)
Several projects are designated under RCC Extension Ministries. These are ministries that we not only support financially but are striving to be hands on by providing people and other resources.
RCC Extension Ministries – Global
Brazil – RCC has made a long term commitment to the Interior of Brazil near Manaus and beyond. Partnering with several Brazil organizations, RCC is committed to help bring hope and transformation to the Amazon jungle region.
RCC Extension Ministries – Local
Adopt-A-Block (AAB) – Also committed to our own backyard, RCC is partnering with Maranatha Fellowship Church in adopting a block in the 61605 zip code. Twice a month our AAB team goes door to door on the block, offering fresh banana bread, words of encouragement, acts of service, and prayer to residents. Also throughout the year RCC and Maranatha provide a Thanksgiving meal, periodic block parties, and other events to touch the neighborhood.
